Job Description:
- Understand Cratio cloud & mobile platform, interact with customers & configure the software.
- Good communication skills and positive attitude in interacting with customers.
- Work with the helpdesk system, resolve customer support tickets, handle support requests, and collaborate with the sales & projects team.
- Exposure to Web, Mobile & Cloud technologies is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Hindi communication is an added advantage.
Salary Details & Commitments:
- Salary:
- First month on-the-job project training with Rs 8,000 stipend.
- Rs 15,000 per month take-home salary after successful completion of project training.
- Rs 20,000 per month salary (18K Salary + 2K Bonus) after 12 months.
- Commitments:
- There is no bond or formal lock-in for this job.
- However, we expect candidates to have a minimum commitment of 2 years when applying for the job.
- We do not provide an experience certificate or reference if a candidate quits before completing 2 years.
